Bids may be submitted electronically through the County’s Vendor Registry webpage or may be received by the Director of Administrative Services Division (Director) at the Clementa C. Pinckney Government Building, 358 3rd Avenue, Post Office Box 1149, Ridgeland, South Carolina 29936 prior to the time bids are to be opened.

Hardcopy bids delivered within the 30-minute period immediately preceding bid opening (as described above) must be hand-delivered to the Director’s Office in the Clementa C. Pinckney Government Building. Hardcopy bids should be delivered to the following address:

SUBMITTAL OPENING
JASPER COUNTY and RIDGELAND-CLAUDE DEAN AIRPORT will receive sealed proposals for the 2025
EMERGENCY GENERATOR AND PAVEMENT REHABILITATION PROJECT at the Ridgeland-Claude
Dean Airport, FAA AIP Project No. 3-45-0048-0XX-2025.

Deadline : 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at which time and
place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud after the designated time. Bids received after the stated
time will not be accepted.

 All interested parties are invited to attend.
